As an avid customer north of the border, I was sorely disappointed in the service and quality. Crullers were half dipped. No way that this place stays open another year. Get it together DOUBLE DOUBLE FRANCHISE OWNER. Not close to Tim Hortons standards. Freaking disgusting. Wish I took a pic.

Absolutely terrible service almost every time I go here. I'm an idiot for thinking it will ever change. The wait times are ridiculous. I guess that's what happens when you only hire people under 20.
